Product Introduction
SUP13Cr-P110 Martensitic Stainless Steel OCTG Product Introduction
1. Material Overview
SUP13Cr-P110 is a high-grade martensitic stainless steel oil country tubular goods (OCTG) material designed for corrosive downhole environments. It combines 13% chromium content with enhanced mechanical properties, making it suitable for sour service applications where standard carbon steels would fail.
2. Key Specifications
- Chemical Composition: 12-14% Cr, ≤0.03% C, with controlled Ni/Mo additions for improved sulfide stress cracking (SSC) resistance.
- Mechanical Properties: Minimum yield strength of 758 MPa (P110 grade) with hardness ≤23 HRC to meet NACE MR0175 requirements.
- Corrosion Resistance: Superior to conventional 13Cr alloys in CO₂/H₂S environments, with proven performance in chloride-containing media.
3. Performance Advantages
- Sour Service: Certified for NACE MR0175/ISO 15156 applications up to specific H₂S partial pressures.
- Temperature Range: Maintains integrity in -29°C to 175°C service conditions.
4. Primary Applications
- Oil/gas production tubing in moderately sour wells
- CO₂ injection wells and high-pressure acid gas environments
5. Quality Assurance
Manufactured under API 5CT/ISO 11960 with full traceability. Standard product forms include seamless pipes with premium connections.
Note: Post-quench tempering treatment is critical to achieve optimal SSC resistance.
